Hello,
Welcome to the 4th Episode of Weekly Dev Journal. Here you will get some useful resource links, articles, and my learnings in the programming world.
Learnings:
I have done many things this week. First, I made an admin panel for the upcoming project. The admin panel is a page where the owner of the website can add new content, edit old content and can remove the content. I added the feature only to add new content as I am just creating MVP. After deploying it, I will add a fully functional admin panel to it. After creating the admin panel, I move on to build the lesson page. A page where a student will come to learn a particular topic. This was a normal task for me. I was stuck at a point but solved the error with help of my friend. Now the lesson page is working fine. Now only one issue to solve, I have to implement REDUX to my website for state management. This was my first time learning it. I watched some videos on this topic, and now I need to practice & then I will implement it on the project. After that project will be ready to launch.
This website project will be very helpful to students that are new to the programming world. This website will teach them programming. I will talk about this website more in detail in another article. We have the plan to launch this project by next week. I hope I will complete all necessary tasks by this Friday so that I can deploy it. After that students can use it for their learning.
I think learning technology by making a project with it is a great way to learn technology. I am creating this project in NEXT JS & I am enjoying the process of learning & at the same time applying it to a serious project.
Now my path is becoming clear day by day. And that's great news for me :-) Sometimes I struggle to find the path but it's now near I think.
Currently, I am writing this after sticking my hand for 2 hours straight on an error that I was facing while building my coding project. I am using TypeScript for this project & it is my first time using it. I am facing a lot of errors & I am finding & fixing the solutions alongside working on them.
